We are seeking two reliable and motivated Trade Assistants to support a growing Australian manufacturer specialising in custom-built switchrooms and modular buildings.
Based on a project at Brisbane Airport , this is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team and contribute to the assembly and installation of high-quality modular infrastructure in a dynamic work environment.
Assignment Dates Assignment 1: 10 August – 21 August Assignment 2: 7 September – 18 September Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday About the Role As a Trade Assistant, you will support the production team by assisting with the assembly and fit-out of switchboards and electrical equipment.
Your duties will include: Fitting off switchboards Positioning and securing electrical panels onto frames Using hand and power tools, including drills and impact drivers Performing manual handling tasks safely Maintaining a clean, safe,



and organised work area Working collaboratively to achieve production targets Following all workplace health and safety procedures About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Experience using power tools in a manufacturing, construction, assembly, or trade environment A current White Card A current driver's licence and reliable transport A strong work ethic and positive attitude The ability to work effectively in a team environment Good attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety Desirable (but not essential): Elevated Work Platform (EWP) licence What's on Offer Competitive pay of up to $***** per hour plus superannuation Full-time hours – Monday to Friday 6:00am to 2:30pm Immediate start Supportive team environment Prospect to gain experience with a leading Australian manufacturer Apply Now If you're available for either assignment period and have the experience we're looking for, we'd love to hear from you.
