Full Job Description Clinician – Youth Prevention and Recovery Care Service | Regional Victoria Location: Regional Victoria Presented by: Limelight People Reports to: Clinical Leadership Team Contract: Permanent (Full-time or Part-time) Salary: $99,605 – $127,870 + advantages About the Role A youth-focused sub-acute residential mental health service is seeking a Clinician to join its multidisciplinary team supporting young people aged ***** years.
The service provides short-term, recovery-oriented care for individuals stepping down from inpatient settings or stepping up from community-based supports to prevent acute deterioration.
The service operates in a therapeutic, home-like environment focused on strengths-based recovery.
Young people are supported to build coping skills, reconnect with their goals, and maintain strong community and family connections.
As a Clinician, you will deliver compassionate, evidence-informed mental health care aligned with individual recovery goals.
You will work collaboratively with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality, developmentally appropriate support.
