Frontline Education Queensland is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of an established education recruitment territory across South East Queensland.
This is not a blank desk.
You will step into existing school relationships, a recognised local brand and a solid foundation to grow from.
There is still plenty of opportunity to develop new partnerships and increase the desk's performance, but you will not be starting from scratch.
This role suits an experienced agency recruiter who enjoys running a full 360 desk, building long-term relationships and having the autonomy to make commercial decisions without unnecessary layers of management.
The role You will manage the full recruitment process across your territory, working closely with schools and education professionals.
Your responsibilities will include: Managing and growing existing school relationships Developing new school partnerships Taking detailed job briefs and advising clients on the local market Sourcing, interviewing and representing teaching professionals Managing recruitment processes from brief through to placement Building and maintaining a strong candidate network Managing your pipeline, activity and revenue targets Delivering a professional and personal experience to clients and candidates You will have ownership of your desk, with regular support, coaching and honest commercial conversations.
Who this role suits This role is designed for an agency recruiter who is confident managing a 360 desk.
You may already be working as a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant and be looking for: Greater ownership of your territory and client relationships An established desk rather than a cold start A specialist market where relationships matter More autonomy with access to support and coaching A smaller local team where your contribution is visible A commission structure that rewards strong performance Education recruitment experience would be helpful, but it is not essential.
Solid agency recruitment experience, commercial judgement and the ability to build trusted relationships are more important.
You will need to be comfortable with business development, candidate sourcing, targets and managing competing priorities.
You will also need the maturity to work autonomously while contributing to the wider team.
