About Our Client An established organisation within the manufacturing sector is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Credits Officer to join their Credit Team in Perth's Eastern Suburbs.
Job Description Review, validate, and process credit and debit note requests.
Investigate customer payment-related issues and coordinate resolutions.
Prepare reports, reconciliations, and supporting documentation for month-end activities.
Maintain required checks, documentation, and approval processes.
Prepare supporting documentation for customer account adjustments.
Identify and escalate discrepancies, exceptions, or control concerns.
Manage credit administration activities, including documentation for applications, reviews, and account changes.
Monitor and action enquiries through shared inboxes and workflow systems.
Maintain accurate records and support communication between departments.
Assist with routine reporting and operational processes within the Credit Team.




The Successful Applicant Previous experience in a accounts, finance support, accounts receivable, or similar role.
Robust attention to detail and organisational capability is ESSENTIAL.
Experience working with customer accounts and transactional processing.
Working knowledge of accounting or ERP systems.
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
