This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive safety professional who enjoys working across both site and office environments, driving a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance across multiple projects.

$100K + Super (Negotiable based on experience) Thomastown location Join a growing business with a robust pipeline of work Supportive leadership team with genuine career development opportunities Diverse role across multiple construction projects About the role Reporting to the leadership team, you ll take ownership of health and safety initiatives while supporting project teams to maintain the highest standards of workplace safety and compliance.
Key responsibilities include: Conducting site inspections, audits and safety reporting Preparing SWMS,



risk assessments and safety documentation Investigating incidents and implementing corrective actions Ensuring compliance with WHS/OHS legislation and company policies Supporting project teams with safety planning and compliance Coordinating inductions, training and competency records (including RIWs) Managing contractor compliance and stakeholder communication Driving continuous improvement across safety systems and processes About you You'll bring: Previous experience in a Health Safety or OHS role within construction, civil or infrastructure Strong knowledge of Australian WHS/OHS legislation Experience conducting site inspections, audits and incident investigations Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail Certificate IV in Work Health Safety (or equivalent) is highly regarded If you're passionate about creating safer workplaces and want to join a business where your expertise will be valued, please drop us a line.
