YOUR NEW ROLE As a valued senior lawyer in the WILLS/ESTATES LAW team (6), reporting to the Practice Group Director (a stand-out Doyles award-winning industry-leading accredited specialist succession lawyer with 40+ years' exp) you will relish the autonomy+ challenge+ stimulating variety servicing mainly high/ultra-high net worth private clients (including very prominent people) in this full-spectrum role mainly advising/transacting (approx 90%) and litigating ******%) on: wills, trusts, powers of attorney, probate, succession planning, asset protection, guardianship, administration of deceased estates and Family Provision Act claims.

WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you are admitted as a lawyer in NSW+ have a minimum of 6 years+ post-admission experience (or more) practising in wills/estates law ( including high end estate planning) with reputable firms/in-house; are preferably an ACCREDITED SPECIALIST in succession law and/or have attained a Graduate Diploma of Applied Law (Wills and Estates) or Master of Laws specializing in Wills/Estates.
have strong Microsoft Office (Word,Excel, Outlook)+ legal software (preferably Affinity but not essential) skills; have strong time prioritization+ people/leadership/client management skills; are results-focused, proactive + have a solid commercial acumen+ entrepreneurial mind-set; enjoy building relationships/networking and have had some new client development/marketing experience (preferable).
