We are seeking a hands-on Service Manager who can lead from the front, drive workshop performance, build strong customer relationships, and develop a high-performing aftersales team.

About the Role Reporting to senior dealership management, you will take full responsibility for the daily operations and performance of the service department.
You will lead a team of Service Advisors, Technicians, and Workshop Staff while ensuring exceptional customer service, workshop efficiency, and overall departmental profitability.
Key Responsibilities Oversee all daily service department operations Drive workshop productivity, efficiency, and profitability Lead, mentor, and develop service and workshop teams Ensure outstanding customer service and aftersales support Monitor workflow, repair quality, and workshop performance Manage customer concerns and deliver positive outcomes Develop strategies to improve service sales and profitability Manage departmental KPIs, budgets,
