Responsibilities Manage creator gifting and affiliate programmes from onboarding to ongoing relationship management.
Identify and recruit creators and affiliates aligned with the brand.
Track partner performance and provide insights to improve results.
Coordinate product seeding, campaign activations, and affiliate initiatives.
Ensure programme compliance and maintain strong partner engagement.
Collaborate with internal teams and oversee partnership administration support.
Qualifications Experience in partnerships, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing,



or a related field.
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Commercially minded with an understanding of affiliate performance and ROI.
Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work autonomously.
