Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle accounting including AP/AR, general ledger, and month-end/year-end close Prepare and analyze financial statements, variance reports, and budget forecasts Ensure compliance with tax regulations, GAAP/IFRS standards, and internal controls Reconcile bank statements, fixed assets, and intercompany accounts Coordinate with auditors and prepare documentation for internal/external audits Support management with financial analysis, cost control, and decision-making insights Maintain accurate records and improve accounting processes/systems
