Strong Project Pipeline ranging from $2M-$10M+ High-end Residential experience essential Up to $140k + Super + Company Car + Laptop We're partnering with one of Brisbane's leading luxury builders and developers to find an experienced Site Supervisor to join their growing team.
For over 10 years, they've been delivering some of Brisbane's finest architecturally designed homes, with projects typically ranging from $2M–$10M+.
Every build is developed and managed in-house, meaning you'll work on premium residences with a strong focus on craftsmanship, quality and attention to detail—not volume housing.
You'll be responsible for: Managing the day-to-day delivery of luxury residential projects across Brisbane's Inner North.
Coordinating trades, suppliers and site teams to deliver exceptional finishes.
Maintaining project programmes, budgets, quality and WHS standards.
Liaising with internal design and construction teams.
Using Buildertrend, Databuild or similar construction software to manage project progress.
We're looking for someone with:



Experience supervising high-end custom or architecturally designed residential homes.
Proven experience delivering projects valued between $2M–$10M+ .
Solid leadership, planning and subcontractor management skills.
QBCC Site Supervisor or Builder's Licence.
High attention to detail and a passion for quality construction.
