Our client, a leading multinational organisation, is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at a major Gold Coast facility.
This role is ideal for an experienced Supervisor or an ambitious Senior Leading Hand looking to step into a leadership position with a stable business offering genuine long-term career opportunities.
The Role Reporting to the Site Operations Manager, you will be responsible for: Supervise daily earthworks and landfill operations Coordinate operators, labour crews and subcontractors Manage the planning and allocation of plant, personnel and resources to ensure safe, efficient and productive site operations.
Ensure works are completed safely and in accordance with environmental and operational requirements Monitor site performance and operational targets Conduct toolbox talks,



inspections and safety observations About You You will likely come from a civil construction, earthworks, quarrying, mining, landfill or infrastructure background and possess a strong understanding of heavy plant operations.
To be successful, you'll demonstrate: Strong earthworks experience Practical knowledge of excavators, graders, rollers, compactors, dozers and other heavy plant Ability to plan and coordinate earthmoving activities Strong leadership and communication skills Commitment to safety and environmental compliance Experience leading crews in a civil or heavy industrial environment Ability to work collaboratively with operators, contractors and management What's on Offer?
