Previous experience in property management or at least 2+ years as an assistant property manager.
Certificate of Registration is essential for this role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a track record of building effective relationships with tenants, clients and internal stakeholders Appropriate experience in the industrial property industry.
Professional, dependable and team focused, confident working closely with contractors, facilities teams and internal stakeholders.
The role As a Commercial Property Manager, you will support the day-to-day management of an industrial portfolio across the Perth metropolitan area.
This is a hands-on, head office-based role, working closely with a small on‐site team, with scope over time to grow your portfolio.
Key Responsibilities Support the day-to-day management of multi-site industrial and commercial properties across Perth metropolitan area.
Act as the first point of contact for tenants.
Coordinating responses to leasing, occupancy and property related matters.
Managing contractors and all maintenance related matters.
Manage core property administration functions,



including rent collection, arrears follow-up, budgeting and forecasting support.
