A well-established, design and construct business is looking for a Senior Interior Designer to step into a pivotal leadership role within their Melbourne team.

You'll be trusted to lead projects end-to-end while mentoring a growing team and contributing to the broader design culture of the studio.

What You'll Be Doing Leading commercial interior workspace projects from concept through to completion Acting as the primary design contact for clients and consultants Driving strong, design-led outcomes while balancing commercial realities Mentoring and guiding a small team of interior designers Overseeing documentation, coordination, and design resolution Reviewing work across the studio to maintain a high design standard Contributing to pitches, presentations,
