About the Role Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the venue, ensuring exceptional service, smooth operations, and a positive team culture.
Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with the day-to-day management of restaurant operations Leading,



coaching and supporting the front-of-house team Staff rostering and labour management Recruitment, onboarding and training of team members Stock control, ordering and inventory management Maintaining high standards of service, presentation and compliance Working closely with senior management to drive operational excellence About You We're looking for someone who: Has previous experience in an Assistant Manager, Team Leader or Supervisor role within hospitality Has experience managing and motivating teams Is confident leading by example in a fast-paced restaurant environment Is organised, reliable and enjoys following established systems and processes Is coachable and adaptable Experience in premium or elevated dining is beneficial but not essential — we're more interested in strong leadership, operational capability, and the right attitude.
