Working alongside an experienced and supportive team, you'll take ownership of a high-quality portfolio, building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors while ensuring the properties continue to perform at their best.

The Role This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and customer-focused professional to manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties.
You'll be responsible for delivering outstanding service to landlords and tenants while ensuring properties are maintained, compliant, and operating efficiently.
Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, including office, retail, and industrial assets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors, and service providers.
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital works.
Conduct regular property inspections and prepare detailed reports.
Manage lease administration, rent reviews, renewals, and lease expiries.
Prepare annual operating budgets and monitor expenditure.
Oversee contractor performance and ensure works are completed to a high standard.




Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, workplace health and safety requirements, and lease obligations.
Respond promptly to tenant enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Prepare monthly management reports for clients.
About You We're looking for someone who is proactive, professional, and thrives in a fast-paced setting.
You'll ideally have: Previous experience managing a commercial property portfolio.
A current Real Estate Registration or Licence.
Strong knowledge of commercial leasing and property legislation.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
The ability to prioritise competing tasks and work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software A current driver's licence.
