About You You're passionate about empowering people with disability You're reliable, respectful and thrive in a team environment You communicate well and build strong connections You're flexible and ready to support clients in diverse settings You hold the required certificates About the Role This casual position based in Kadina offers variety and purpose, supporting people with disability across different settings.
Deliver individualised support in clients' homes, the community and in the office Provide overnight respite care as needed Promote independence and community inclusion Work collaboratively with a passionate support team Knowledge,



skills and experience Lived experience supporting people with disability is highly regarded Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work respectfully across diverse backgrounds Comfortable with personal care, mobility support and behaviour management Reliable, flexible and committed to empowering others What you'll need before starting Minimum Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support, Community Services Achievement of certain certifications are mandatory requirements for this role; in applying you must be willing to undertake training in fields such as medication management, NDIS Worker Orientation Modules, First Aid, CPR, manual handling and others The successful applicant may be required to work Shift Work, In-Home and in other community settings Driver's licence and willingness to drive personal and Novita vehicles Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Check We're serious about safeguarding our clients.
If you don't have a current NDIS Worker Check and SA Working with Children Check, we'll let you know how to obtain these prior to starting work with us.
