What's On Offer Opportunity to shape the estimating function, including its processes, templates and systems Secure workload with a very high flow of commercial and high-end residential projects Career progression as the business and team continue to grow Work directly with the Director and have input into how tenders are approached 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday only Join a fun team, where supporting each other and having a laugh is equally important The Role As the sole Estimator in a lean team, you'll work closely with the Director and take ownership of estimating from initial enquiry through to tender submission and project handover.
Review plans and specifications and complete accurate flooring take-offs Prepare detailed estimates covering materials, labour,



wastage and project requirements Obtain supplier and subcontractor pricing and identify opportunities to improve project value Prepare and submit tenders, manage clarifications and hand successful projects across to the delivery team The Criteria Estimating experience within commercial flooring, tiling, interiors or a related building product environment Strong plan-reading, take-off and numerical skills with an understanding of materials and wastage Detail-focused and accurate, but still someone who enjoys having a laugh and being part of the team Please call Tara Stokes at GOUGH on ************ or hit APPLY.
