Job Description Develop and embed payroll governance frameworks, policies and controls Ensure payroll processes align with legislative and regulatory requirements Identify control gaps and implement remediation strategies Drive continuous improvement across payroll operations Analyse payroll processes to improve efficiency, accuracy and compliance Support internal and external audit requirements Deliver governance reporting on risks, controls and process effectiveness Partner with HR,
