WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you: are a legal assistant/paralegal/law clerk with MINIMUM 18 months (or MORE) plaintiff personal injury law experience; have had experience in EITHER OR BOTH of
1) CTP;
2) Workers Compensation/Work Injury Damages.
have had hands-on experience assisting lawyers with file management of CTP/WC and/or WID cases (essential); are focused with a high work ethic and a 'do whatever it takes' can-do attitude to get best results; have proven ability to work in a fast-moving busy environment with tight and competing deadlines; are passionate about advancing your career in personal injury law with a famous top plaintiff firm.
