About the Role We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician / Air Conditioning Tradesman to join the team.
This role will see you working primarily across residential air conditioning installs, servicing, and maintenance, with occasional light commercial work.
Projects range from high-end custom homes to builder-led new builds throughout Sydney's Northern Beaches and North Shore.
Key Responsibilities Residential air conditioning installations Service and maintenance work on split, ducted, and VRV systems Occasional light commercial HVAC work Fault finding and troubleshooting Working across high-end residential projects and new builds Communicating professionally with builders and homeowners Managing daily jobs independently Picking up materials from the warehouse and travelling directly to site Skills Experience Qualified HVAC / Air Conditioning Refrigeration Technician Experience in residential or commercial HVAC Installation and servicing experience highly regarded Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work autonomously and within a team Comfortable working in roof spaces and confined areas when required Driver's licence essential Positive attitude and strong work ethic Culture Join a small, supportive team that values quality work, professionalism, and work-life balance.
