About the Motorcycle Technician role Eligibility: Permanent Resident required with proven mechanical expertise in motorcycle maintenance.
Salary indication: Up to $55 per hour, depending on experience.
Location: Moorooka, QLD Key responsibilities Diagnose motorcycle faults accurately using advanced methods.
Dismantle, inspect, and repair engine components, replacing parts as necessary.
Perform scheduled servicing in line with manufacturer guidelines.
Test and calibrate mechanical and electronic systems to ensure optimal function.
Identify structural and mechanical issues and provide clear advice to customers.
Maintain detailed records in workshop management software.
Ensure a safe, tidy, and well-organised workshop setting.
Effectively communicate technical information to customers and colleagues.
Conduct test rides to confirm quality of repairs.
Support apprentice technicians and engage in ongoing professional development.
Comply consistently with workplace safety standards and regulations.
