Contractors currently onsite have been working 12+ months continuously, with no slow‐downs in sight.
This role is built for fitters who want strong base hours, regular overtime, and excellent call‐out allowances.
What's On Offer $50/hr + penalties 10‐hour shifts Monday–Friday 8–10 hours of overtime per week regularly OT paid after 8 hours (award compliant) Weekly pay Long‐term,



ongoing roles Call‐Out Allowances Regular after hour call‐outs available Minimum 4 hours paid per call‐out Travel paid depending on time location Full shift stand‐down allowances paid after certain call‐outs The Role You'll be working across preventative and breakdown maintenance in a heavy industrial / manufacturing environment.
