Due to growth we are seeking an Electrical Field Supervisor to join our client's team.
Reporting to the Service Manager, the Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and supporting a team of Service Technicians to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery at customer sites.
The Field Supervisor will provide hands-on technical guidance, coordinate daily operations, and act as a key liaison between the team, planning staff, management and key customer contacts to ensure work is completed according to customer requirements and company standards.
The Field Supervisor will also be responsible for monitoring performance and providing feedback, conducting spot audits as required, troubleshooting complex issues, and fostering the development and skills of the technical team.
The role: Supervise field operatives including customer consultation, spot audits, quality control and safety.
Be able to carry out basic Inspection services to equipment Work on minor repair, field modernisations and smaller installation jobs on standard equipment.
Be able to identify and source basic parts for sales to quotes repairs.
Be able to offer basic repair and field modernisation solutions to customers.
Be able to attend emergency breakdowns, identify and repair faults.

Ensure all parts and materials are available and correct before repair works are undertaken.
Assist the Service Manager in determining labour estimates, special tools, requirements or hazards on larger jobs.




Work with our Project Management team from time to time.
Guide Account Managers with estimated hours of labour and costs for repairs.
Perform Safety Review and Visit Reviews and ensure that next steps are documented.
