About the role Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and KPIs Create an energetic and positive store culture focused on customer experience and team success Drive sales through strong floor leadership, engagement and commercial decision-making Develop and mentor team members to reach their personal and professional goals Deliver an exceptional customer experience through genuine connection and product expertise Manage store operations including rostering, stock management,
