Currently they are seeking to appoint an experienced phone based customer service person to their busy organisation.
Key responsibilities: Answering calls and emails from automotive customers and suppliers Assessing customers needs Data entry Processing sales orders Track shipments and liaise with freight forwarders Solid computer skills are essential Working Monday to Friday in the fast paced automotive industry, you will be keen to work as part of a dynamic and supportive business who are success focused and be able to take responsibility and accountability for your time.
