As a Client Liaison Officer, you'll play a key role in delivering a seamless customer experience, guiding clients through every stage of the building journey – from pre-start through to handover.
Key Responsibilities Depending on the opportunity, your responsibilities may include: Managing client relationships throughout the residential building process Providing regular construction updates and maintaining clear communication Coordinating client variations and associated documentation Liaising with internal departments, supervisors,
