Senior Business Analysts Estimated start date Monday, 02 November **** Initial contract duration 36 Months Location of work Canberra, ACT Working arrangements Onsite Security clearance Must be able to obtain Negative Vetting Level 1 Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and direction across business analysis activities to ensure consistency, quality and integration.
Manage priorities, workflows and allocated resources to achieve project and business outcomes.
Lead requirements elicitation, analysis and management activities across complex ICT initiatives.
Conduct business process analysis, modelling and improvement activities.
Design and execute business process testing, usability assessments, business trials and confidence testing.
Develop business cases, identifying benefits, risks and implementation options.
Analyse complex business and ICT issues and provide evidence-based recommendations.
Facilitate workshops and engage with senior stakeholders to identify needs, define objectives and build consensus.
Assess and evaluate business improvement strategies, projects, policies and processes.
Produce traceability, assurance and business analysis documentation.
Mentor and support less experienced team members through coaching and knowledge sharing.
Contribute to continuous improvement of organisational ICT practices and procedures.
