What You'll Be Doing Managing a small well-maintained strata portfolio Running AGMs and committee meetings while driving outcomes and resolutions Coordinating maintenance projects, compliance requirements and contractor works Preparing budgets, reports, agendas and meeting documentation Building strong, long-term relationships with owners,



committees and key stakeholders Working alongside and helping oversee a shared Strata Assistant What You'll Bring 1–2 years' experience in strata management or an Assistant Strata Manager role Current NSW Class 2 Strata Licence Experience supporting meetings, preparing minutes and assisting with portfolio management Strong organisational and communication skills Experience using Strata Master or similar strata software What's In It For You?
