An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Bid Coordinator to join a highly respected and award-winning architecture practice based in the heart of Sydney CBD.

What's On Offer Stunning Sydney CBD offices Flexible working arrangements with 2 days WFH Chance to work on high-profile and design-led projects Supportive and collaborative team culture Career growth within a nationally recognised architecture practice Exposure to senior leadership and strategic business initiatives Competitive salary package of up $130,000 + Super The Opportunity Reporting directly to the Principals, you will play a key role in coordinating bids, tenders, EOIs and submissions across a wide range of sectors and markets nationally.
You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end bid process, supporting proposal writing and submission coordination, while ensuring all documentation is accurate, visually compelling and delivered within strict deadlines.
This role will also contribute to broader business development and marketing initiatives, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants to be part of a growing, high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage EOIs, tenders, submissions and capability statements Assist with proposal writing, editing,
formatting and document production Maintain bid programmes, submission schedules and deadlines Prepare visually engaging marketing collateral and presentations Develop and maintain staff CVs, project sheets and company profiles Ensure QA processes, compliance and document control requirements are met Support business development initiatives and market research activities Collaborate closely with Principals, project teams and stakeholders nationally Assist with awards submissions and broader marketing activities About You Previous experience ideally (2-3 years) within Bid Coordination ideally within Architecture, Construction, Engineering or the built environment Advanced Adobe InDesign skills are essential Strong written, editing and proofreading abilities Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Confident liaising with senior stakeholders and project teams Proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused mindset What's On Offer Stunning Sydney CBD offices Flexible working arrangements with 2 days WFH Opportunity to work on high-profile and design-led projects Supportive and collaborative team culture Career growth within a nationally recognised architecture practice Exposure to senior leadership and strategic business initiatives If you are a motivated Bid Coordinator looking to join a creative and highly regarded practice, we would love to hear from you.
