YOUR ROLE In this KEY valued role, you will love the CHALLENGE+ immense SATISFACTION of being the RIGHT HAND to the managing partner helping seriously injured clients obtain justice in respect of their: CTP (motor vehicle accidents); workers compensation work injury damages claims .
You will get 'front-end' hands-on BROAD-SPECTRUM experience ( managing your own files ) including: obtaining client instructions, reviewing medical evidence+ legal research, providing technical legal advice in respect of the viability of the claim, liaising with insurers/their solicitors and doctors, drafting pleadings/submissions/statements/court docs, briefing counsel and attending court/mediation/settlement conferences.

WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you: Are a NSW admitted lawyer with minimum 3 years OR MORE PLAINTIFF personal injury legal experience; have had CTP AND workers compensation/work injury damages experience and preferably (but not essential) also TPD (total permanent disablement); have strong Microsoft Office (including Word) skills; have strong communication and interpersonal skills; are highly organized and can meet deadlines ; can work in a vibrant, fast-paced environment; are hungry to progress your personal injury legal career LONG-TERM with an employer committed to investing in your success.
