THE CLIENT As the business continues to expand, they are looking for a Payroll Officer to support their long-standing Payroll Manager and become an integral part of the finance function.

and EBAs Supporting payroll process improvement and system optimisation initiatives Payroll reconciliations and reporting Assisting with payroll journals and payroll-related accounting activities Supporting month-end payroll reporting requirements Working closely with both Payroll and Finance teams to improve efficiencies THE PERSON Payroll Diploma highly regarded Minimum 3 years' payroll experience Experience within Construction, Property, Real Estate, Engineering, Infrastructure, or similar industries preferred Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation and compliance Accounting or finance exposure highly regarded Experience assisting with payroll journals, reconciliations, or month-end processes will be viewed favourably Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and stakeholder management skills If we have already spoken and you are already in my Payroll Network, please feel free to reach out directly.
