An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate or Senior Associate to join the firm's Client Capital Formation team in Sydney.
This role sits at the centre of fundraising, investor relations and strategic client engagement activities, supporting capital raising initiatives across a diverse range of alternative investment strategies.
The position offers significant exposure to institutional investors, consultants, senior investment professionals and global leadership teams.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting fundraising campaigns, maintaining relationships with institutional investors, developing high-quality investor materials, and coordinating with investment, product, legal, compliance and operations teams.
Working closely with senior client coverage professionals,
you will contribute to investor engagement, business development initiatives and the delivery of best-in-class service to existing and prospective investors across Australia and New Zealand.
To be successful, you will bring 4–6 years of relevant experience within investor relations, capital formation, institutional sales, private markets fundraising, investment banking, asset management, wealth management or management consulting.
Exposure to private markets and alternative investments, including private equity, private credit, infrastructure or real estate, will be highly regarded.
You will possess exceptional communication and presentation skills, strong analytical capabilities, outstanding attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business or a related discipline is required.
