The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a well-established national organisation on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Working closely with an experienced Head of People, you'll partner with leaders across a dedicated business portfolio, providing strategic and operational HR support.
This role offers plenty of variety, combining business partnering, employee relations, organisational change and people projects within a quick-paced, multi-site environment.

Key Responsibilities Partner with leaders to provide practical and commercially focused HR advice across the employee lifecycle.
Coach and support managers with performance management, leadership capability, talent development and workforce planning.
Manage complex employee relations matters including investigations, grievances,
disciplinary processes and performance management.
Support organisational design, restructures and change management initiatives.
Provide guidance on employment legislation, Modern Awards and HR policies.
Partner on remuneration reviews, engagement initiatives and performance cycles.
Analyse people data and trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Contribute to People Culture projects that enhance the employee experience and support business objectives.
What You'll Bring Previous experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor.
Demonstrated experience managing complex employee relations and case management.
Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and industrial relations.
Experience supporting leaders within a retail, hospitality, FMCG or other multi-site environment will be highly regarded.
Exceptional communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
A pragmatic, commercially minded approach with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline are desirable.
