About the Role: This is a hands-on sales and customer service role with a mix of inbound and outbound responsibilities.
Initially, you will work closely with the team to manage customer inquiries, process orders, and provide exceptional service through the company's ERP system.
Over time, you will grow into a proactive sales role, identifying new prospects and building relationships.
