Site Manager | Residential Construction | Townsville AWX Executive is partnering with a growing residential construction business to recruit an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of residential building projects across the Townsville region.

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating trades, managing site activities, ensuring quality workmanship and maintaining construction schedules while upholding the highest safety standards.
Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee all on-site construction activities across multiple residential projects Coordinate and supervise trades, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure efficient project delivery Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, progress and compliance Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications and purchase orders Maintain accurate site documentation, including: Site inductions and onboarding records Safety inspections and audits Daily site logs and progress reports Material deliveries and usage records Ensure projects are delivered in line with timeframes,
