Our client is a well-established women's fashion retailer seeking a Store Manager to lead their store and continue driving a positive customer experience.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the business, leading your team from the front and ensuring the store consistently performs to a high standard.
About the role As Store Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of the store's operations while creating a positive and productive environment for both your team and customers.
Your responsibilities will include: Leading, coaching and developing your team to achieve sales and service goals.
Driving store performance through effective leadership and commercial decision-making.
Delivering an exceptional customer experience with every interaction.
Managing rosters, stock, store presentation and day-to-day operations.
Maintaining high visual merchandising standards in line with company expectations.

About you To be successful in this role, you'll have: Previous Store Manager experience within fashion retail.
A strong background in leading and developing retail teams.

A proactive attitude and willingness to lead by example.
