Based in Glendenning, our client is currently seeking experienced multiple Field Tank Installers/Trade Assistant to join their growing team.

What's on Offer Competitive hourly rate plus overtime including Saturdays $26 daily travel allowance $65 per day LAFHA (Living Away From Home Allowance) when working away Opportunity to travel throughout NSW and interstate Work alongside an experienced team on major installation projects Temporary to permanent prospect Monday to Friday and Saturday work (hours may vary depending on project and site requirements) Immediate start for the right candidate Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 6:30am/7am starts Saturday work About the Role This role involves travelling to customer sites to construct, install and commission steel bolted storage tanks.
Projects are located across metropolitan, regional and interstate locations with travel forming a key part of the position.
Depending on project requirements, you may be required to work away from home for up to four weeks at a time, working closely with a team of three installers.
Key Responsibilities Construct and install steel bolted storage tanks at customer sites across Australia.
Read and interpret installation drawings, plans and work instructions.
Carry out inspections,



installation and repairs in accordance with company standards and customer requirements.
Assemble tank components, factory fittings, liners and associated equipment.
Perform internal and external tank repairs, structural adjustments and component replacements where required.
Complete on-site assembly, commissioning and functional testing of tank systems.
Safely operate hand and power tools while adhering to all WHS procedures and site safety requirements.
Maintain a clean, organised and safe worksite at all times.
Complete service reports, site documentation and customer sign-off requirements.
Communicate professionally with clients and supervisors throughout each project.
Identify hazards and report any safety or maintenance concerns promptly.
Essential Requirements Previous experience in a similar role as a Trade Assistant, Installer, Construction Labourer or Production Assembler.
Previous experience installing or working with steel storage tanks is highly regarded but not essential.
Current driver's licence and reliable transport.
Must have White Card, Working at Heights and Confined Space tickets (all tickets must be valid and issued within the past two years).
Willingness and ability to travel regularly throughout NSW and interstate, including extended trips of up to four weeks.
Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling duties Ability to read and follow drawings, instructions and safety procedures.
Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
Reliable, hardworking and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
