The Opportunity We are looking for a Squad Lead – Financial Accounting to lead financial accounting across Amplar Health.
You will be responsible for leading financial accounting across Amplar, ensuring accurate, timely and compliant reporting.
Drawing on your leadership and transformation experience, you will support acquisitions, define ways of working, and drive automation initiatives.
Key responsibilities include: Maintaining a robust financial control workplace and balance sheet integrity Partnering with the business on new initiatives, acquisitions and complex accounting matters Driving integration of acquisitions and alignment to Medibank's finance systems and frameworks Leading month-end and year-end reporting, ensuring compliance with IFRS and group standards Delivering process improvement, standardisation and automation Designing scalable finance operating models to support Amplar's growth You will also lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
About you You are a senior finance leader who operates comfortably at both strategic and operational levels, with a strong track record in financial control and transformation.
You bring: CA qualification with significant experience in financial control leadership (10+ years)



Proven experience leading teams across financial accounting Strong technical accounting expertise and commercial judgement Demonstrated success in driving process optimisation, automation and transformation Experience supporting or leading integration or change initiatives Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across finance and business teams Imagine working with us We understand that work means different things to everyone...
