Our client is a multi-entity organisation operating across project-based and operational environments.
They're looking for a commercially minded Finance Manager to take ownership of cost analysis, reporting, and financial systems as the business continues to evolve.
Offering a salary of $150,000 + super, this is an excellent chance for someone who enjoys combining hands-on financial management with strategic commercial input.
What you'll be doing: Build and manage group-wide costing and reporting frameworks Analyse operational costs and variances to identify savings and improve margins Monitor profitability across projects and business units Oversee inventory, WIP, and fixed asset accounting Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling Contribute to month-end close and ensure compliance with standards Partner with operational teams to provide clear financial insights Improve systems, reporting tools, and data visibility using Excel, Power BI and ERP systems What you'll need: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar CA,
