Toowoomba, QLD Our client is looking for experienced Residential Care Officers located in Toowoomba Queensland.
This a for a highly experienced senior role for the facilities.
This role will require the following essential skills: - Client training needs and support assessments programs including the planning and development of educational training and support programs - Identify the nature and extent of each client's difficulties - Monitoring and reporting on the progress of clients - Referrals to support agencies to provide additional help - Assessment of resources required (for health, welfare, housing and other facilities and services).
- Liaising with community groups, welfare agencies,



government bodies and private business about community issues and promoting awareness of community resources and services.
- Supporting families and providing educational care for children - Supervision and helping young people address social, emotional and financial problems - Preparation of submission for funding and resources and reporting as necessary Required: AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma OR At least three years of relevant experience may substitute for formal qualifications.
Salary Range of $80,000-$95,000 + superannuation Please note only successful candidates will be contacted.
