The Company: Our client is a well-established exhibition and event solutions business that delivers custom exhibition stands, displays and large-scale event installations across Australia.
Renowned for delivering high-quality projects and exceptional customer service, they are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team.
Position Terms: Permanent, full-time role Working full time in the office, located in Northern Sydney Salary: $90,000 - $95,000 plus super The Role: As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of exhibition and event installations from planning through to on-site execution.
Acting as the key client representative on-site, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities include; Manage the end-to-end delivery of exhibition and event installation projects.
Coordinate project schedules, labour, contractors, transport and site logistics.
Lead on-site installation and dismantle crews, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, venues, suppliers and subcontractors.
Identify project risks and proactively implement solutions.
Ensure all Work Health Safety requirements are met and promote a strong safety culture.
Monitor project budgets, labour utilisation and resource allocation.




Maintain accurate project documentation, contractor timesheets and reporting.
Work collaboratively with internal production, design and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
The Candidate: The successful candidate will be a highly organised and hands-on Project Manager with experience delivering exhibitions and events projects.
You will be confident managing multiple stakeholders, leading teams on-site and solving problems under pressure.
Previous experience managing exhibition, event, construction or fit-out projects.
Strong project planning and organisational skills.
Experience coordinating contractors, suppliers and on-site crews.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
A proactive approach with strong problem-solving ability.
Knowledge of Work Health Safety practices within live event or construction environments.
Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends during event installations.
Current driver's licence.
