Director, Emerging Corporate and Mid-Market Sydney, NSW The Opportunity An exciting opportunity exists for a high-performing Senior Banker to join a leading Emerging Corporates and Mid-Market Banking team.
The successful candidate will bring a proven track record in origination, business development and relationship management , with strong networks across the professional services community including accountants, finance brokers, corporate advisors, lawyers and other referral partners.
This is a highly market-facing role focused on identifying opportunities, developing new relationships and growing a portfolio of emerging and mid-market corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of Emerging Corporate and Mid-Market clients.
Drive new-to-bank acquisition through proactive origination and business development activity.
Leverage and expand referral networks across accountants, brokers, corporate advisors, legal firms and other key business influencers.
Establish trusted partnerships that create a consistent flow of qualified opportunities.
Develop and execute strategic client growth plans.
Structure and deliver tailored lending, working capital and transaction banking solutions.
Collaborate with credit, product and specialist teams to deliver integrated outcomes.
Build a strong market profile through networking, industry forums and skilled associations.
Maintain a disciplined approach to credit quality,



risk management and client service excellence.
