A leading Property Group is seeking an experienced Yardi Voyager Subject Matter Expert (SME) to play a pivotal role in a major property systems transformation.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly experienced Yardi professional with extensive hands-on experience coordinating Yardi implementations, driving system enhancements, and partnering with business stakeholders to deliver process improvement and change across the platform.
Working closely with business stakeholders, project teams and technology partners, you will provide expert guidance to ensure successful delivery, continuous improvement and maximum value from the Yardi platform.
Your daily responsibilities will include: Act as the primary functional SME for Yardi Voyager 8 across the organisation.
Lead and support Yardi implementation activities, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment and transition into operational support.
Provide expert advice on Yardi functionality, configuration, best practice and platform optimisation.
Coordinate with business stakeholders, technology teams and vendors to deliver system enhancements and improvements.
Analyse, document and translate business requirements into effective functional solutions.
Support data migration, integrations, reporting and testing activities.
Identify opportunities to improve business processes, streamline workflows and enhance user experience across the Yardi platform.
Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, production readiness and deployment activities.
Support change management activities,



including stakeholder engagement, communication, training and user adoption.
Provide expert support during go-live, post-implementation phases and ongoing platform optimisation.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve functional issues and deliver continuous system improvements.
To succeed in this role you will have: Extensive hands-on experience as a Yardi Voyager Subject Matter Expert.
Proven experience coordinating and supporting Yardi implementations and transformation programs.
Robust understanding of the full Yardi Voyager lifecycle, including implementation, configuration, testing, deployment, enhancements and operational support.
Demonstrated experience driving system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives across the Yardi platform.
Strong business process analysis skills, with the ability to identify optimisation opportunities and translate requirements into practical solutions.
Experience with data migration, integrations, reporting and system upgrades is highly regarded.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence business and technical teams.
Experience within commercial property, residential property, real estate or property investment organisations will be highly regarded.
