Senior Cost Managers Major, high-value projects across Sydney Leading global cost consultancy Senior Cost Manager | Major Projects | Sydney We're partnering with several leading global project and cost consultancies across Sydney who are looking to hire experienced Senior Cost Managers.
These opportunities span a diverse range of major projects, including data centres, commercial, healthcare, life sciences, education, government, infrastructure and large-scale developments.
The Role Working closely with clients, project teams and key stakeholders, you'll be responsible for providing cost management and quantity surveying services throughout the full project lifecycle, from early feasibility and cost planning through to procurement, construction and final account.
Responsibilities include: Managing project costs from feasibility through to final account Preparing cost plans, estimates and project budgets Conducting cost analysis, benchmarking and value engineering Managing procurement, tendering and contractor selection processes Preparing cost reports, forecasts and financial updates Assessing variations, progress claims and contractor payments Providing commercial advice and cost management support to clients Building strong relationships with clients, consultants,
