Key Responsibilities Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)



and/or SAP ECC Payroll Lead solution design workshops with stakeholders Gather and translate business requirements into functional solutions Configure payroll rules, schemas and payroll processing Ensure compliance with Australian payroll legislation including STP, Superannuation and termination processing Deliver high-quality project documentation and functional specifications Support testing, deployment and hypercare activities Mentor junior consultants and contribute to best practice delivery Work closely with project teams and business stakeholders throughout implementation Essential Experience Hands-on SAP ECP and/or SAP ECC Payroll configuration experience Strong expertise configuring Payroll Rules and Schemas Experience delivering end-to-end payroll implementations Excellent understanding of Australian payroll legislation (STP, Superannuation, Terminations) Experience facilitating design workshops with business stakeholders Solid communication and stakeholder management skills Experience working across medium to large enterprise projects Australian working rights Apply now or reach out to ****** for a confidential discussion.
