As a Project Engineer / Contract Administrator, you will require: A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
Previous experience as a Project Engineer, Contract Administrator or in a hybrid role.
Experience delivering commercial or multi-residential construction projects.
Exposure to high-rise residential projects will be highly regarded.
Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Sound understanding of construction methodology, contracts and procurement.




Ability to work collaboratively while managing competing project priorities.
The Chance This is a unique opportunity to join the delivery team on a premium luxury apartment tower in the heart of Surfers Paradise.
Working closely with an experienced Project Manager, you'll play an important role across both the engineering and commercial functions of the project.
Your responsibilities will include coordinating consultants and subcontractors, managing RFIs and shop drawings, assisting with procurement, administering subcontract packages, assessing variations, monitoring project costs and supporting the successful delivery of the project from start through to completion.
This position is ideally suited to someone who enjoys the variety of both engineering and contract administration and wants to continue developing into a well-rounded construction qualified.
Experience working within upper-tier builders or well-structured commercial construction businesses will be highly regarded.
