Up to 4 Wellness days + 2 Volunteer days each year Career progression opportunities Generous discounts and additional monetary benefits About this role This position is responsible for a range of fleet services administration tasks.
These include the areas of expense claims, registrations, fuel management, insurance, toll management and general support as required.
Tasks and Responsibilities Timely and accurate ordering, dispatch and cancellation of fuel cards, as required, and the maintenance of accurate and meaningful internal records Provide ready assistance, as required, with infringement processing Accurate and timely calculation and payment of roadside assistance fees Professionally respond and take ownership of client and internal enquiries in regard to all fleet services related matters Provide support to the fleet services team as required Work effectively with the team to ensure the department's accountabilities are met including support of the vision and goals of the company Provide superior service aligned with the client's needs and the organisation's business objectives.
Skills and Experience Experience in an administrative or customer service role Strong organisational and prioritisation skills - someone who meets specified deadlines and reports regularly on progress Positive data entry skills Intermediate level of proficiency in software packages with advanced level of spread sheeting and word processing skills Effective communicator both verbally and in writing, demonstrating good listening, probing skills About you High integrity and solid understanding of professional ethics Excellent discretion and tact in dealings with people Can resolve problems through to complete resolution for customers in a timely,
