Parental Leave Cover (10 Months Fixed Term Contract) Melbourne, VIC This role will suit a very hands-on person, strong in HR operations ROLE As the HR Generalist, you will serve as a trusted advisor and partner to ANZ employees and managers, supporting a wide range of human resources functions.
This role combines HR advisory expertise with strong interpersonal and analytical skills to foster a positive and productive work environment.
The HR Generalist will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure HR practices align with business goals, legal requirements, and company values.
This is a temporary 10-month parental leave cover opportunity, with an anticipated start date of September 1, ****, and end date of June 30, ****.

KEY REQUIREMENTS Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of HR experience,



preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and practices, including the Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards, and modern awards.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills.
Proven ability to take initiative, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively.
Solid planning and organisational habits.
