Use the most in demand system in the market Hybrid working model with 2 days from home Additional leave days Supportive and approachable finance leadership team Chance to influence systems, processes and continuous improvement initiatives Ongoing training, development and support for further studies Chatswood location close to public transport Genuine long-term career opportunities as the organisation continues to expand THE ROLE Lead end-to-end fortnightly payroll processing for approximately ****+ employees Manage, mentor and develop a payroll team of 3 Act as the escalation point for complex payroll queries and payroll matters Ensure compliance with Fair Work legislation, Awards, Enterprise Agreements, Superannuation and Taxation obligations Oversee payroll audits, reconciliations, controls and reporting Coordinate annual remuneration review processes Own payroll systems,



integrations and data integrity across HR and finance systems Drive process improvements, automation and efficiencies Lead payroll system upgrades, testing and enhancements Partner closely with Finance, IT and People Culture stakeholders to improve payroll outcomes Maintain a high level of payroll service delivery and customer support across the business THE PERSON Extensive Australian payroll experience with strong end-to-end knowledge Strong understanding of payroll legislation, Awards, Enterprise Agreements and compliance Dayforce experience is highly regarded Demonstrated process improvement and systems optimisation experience High attention to detail and critical thinking capability Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Full working rights as this is a permanent position If we have already spoken and you are already in my Payroll Network before please feel free to call or email me directly - Otherwise please apply now.
