A leading global OEM is seeking a driven Sales Representative to manage a well-established territory spanning the Sunshine Coast through to Gladstone .

About the Role Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will take ownership of an established territory while identifying new business opportunities and growing market share.
Your responsibilities will include: Selling a premium range of earthmoving and construction equipment.
Managing and growing relationships with civil contractors, earthmoving businesses, quarries, mining contractors, local councils and equipment hire companies.
Prospecting and securing new customers across your territory.
Conducting on-site equipment demonstrations and customer presentations.
Preparing quotations, negotiating contracts and closing sales.
Working closely with the parts and service teams to provide outstanding customer support.
Maintaining an active sales pipeline and CRM.
Achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
About You To be successful, you will have: Previous sales experience within earthmoving, construction equipment, mining equipment,



agricultural machinery, trucks or heavy equipment.
A proven ability to develop new business while maintaining existing customer relationships.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
A proactive and self-motivated attitude.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
A current Australian Driver's Licence.
Willingness to travel throughout the Sunshine Coast, Wide Bay and Central Queensland region.
